The Mona Lisa was a Leonardo Di Vinci hidden gem that only a privileged few in elite circles were aware of back in 1506!
A re-touched version which experts argue shows the left shoulder-shawl denoting royalty or god-status. A scrubbed-out hair-pin crown, used only on religious icons, and the crossed hands, perhaps holding something blue.

Mona; among other definitions, is a short name in old Italian for Madonna, or noble female
Lisa; among other definitions, means oath of God, daughter or worshiper of God
